The food tasted like school food, the service is terrible, and we waited 45 minutes just to get the menu. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad service. Get dirty cutlery. Staff very unprofessional. At the end miscalculated and wanted 5 euros too much. Waiter did not know the prices of the food itself and had to look it up in front of us in the map.Tourist trap. Do not eat there !!

Disaster, we wanted a cozy evening at the Italian.The red wine was cold and the tasteless pizza was cold.The attempt by the chef to warm up the pizza went completely wrong.At least they took the pizza off the bill.Only positive was the friendly waiter!

Waited 30mins for two salads. Waiters are uncoordinated and in a bad mood. Hair in the food. Did not take credit card. Food tasted mediocre. One of the waiters understands very little english or german. Only positive was that the wifi was fast so I could write this review on their wifi.

Had the 10.80 euro lunch special. It included soup, salad and a choice of main dish. I had tomatoe soup and my husband had vegetable soup. Both were fresh made and delicious. The salad had fresh, crisp greens. We both chose the pasta as a main course. The rose sauce was very good. The meal was great value for the price. The waitress was polite and friendly.

If i could, i would rate this restaurant with no star. We came to eat here. Ordered sprite, we got 7up, the food was almost cold, employee service totally discusting, portion that cost 13e was 100g of chicken meat and 500g of french fries?! Really? You serve your guests with damaged glasses, broken plates.. Not recommended to eat here!

Contrary to the reviews, we decided, because of our great hunger then but also here to dine .. the food was surprisingly really tasty. But the devil is in the detail ... See photo (hair in the food) !!! Therefore the 2 star rating. Wait a bit but waitress was very friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed both visits. Came especially as it was the only place in the city centre that serves 'Knoblauchsuppe'. First visit it they had ran out but was in the process of making it, second visit it was freshly made and worth the wait! Delicious food. The staff are fantastic also, the female waitress was really really nice and did everything she possibly could for us. Will be back again next year!!

The server that waited on us was very friendly and the menu was served very quickly. The place was beautiful The only thing I did not like very much was the music because it made me very sleepy.

Restaurant is run by unprofessional and rude immigrants who don't know how to behave with customers...Food was ordinary(big no if you are looking to have authentic Italian food) but the service by the waiter was horrible..He was very arrogant, rude, and forced us to pay higher tip..Said he wouldn't swipe the card for anything lesser..

The food was very good.

Have to wait very long for the food.Three times asked if we could checkout and at the checkout the waiter was bold enough to ask for a tip.After we had not given this, the waiter asked if we were Belgians or Dutch.We were no longer wishing for a good evening.All in all treated very unfriendly. Gastrointestinal infection safe!Went to 7 what to eat, schnitzel, pasta and pizza. All dishes with ready-made sauce and potato salad from the barrel! Pizza made the best impression. 1 day later all had a gastrointestinal infection except the one who had the pizza. Avoid the shop if you want to eat something. Very unfriendly irritated and impatient waiter who could not resist a cheeky response, so someone in the service actually lost nothing! If you declare the cheapest hard cheese mixture (which tastes like old unwashed feet and was already slightly rancid) as Parmesan and then dominates the whole pizza flavor that is very sad, just put 50 cents on top in the calculation and go with the Customer Fair! Always this rip off in small at tourists.

Service was pretty nice. The view of the golden roof was of course great, but the food was mediocre. The portions were good, but it was barely seasoned, my chicken did not quite taste and overall we would not return. But it was not as bad as others have written.

It's a new & upcoming place to drink, eat and dance. They also offer you a chance to experience a different culture throughout music and atmosphere.

The restaurant is at a nice location, but the waiters are racist, though they are from the middle east themselves. When we sat down at one of the tables, he asked us how many people we were, were we going to eat or only have a drink, will we order food for each of us separately or together, and many more. An Indian couple on the next table was forced to order some food if they wanted to sit. Surprisingly we realized that only non Europeans who came to the restaurant were asked these questions and were forced to order food and not just drinks. On other tables people came and sat and ordered only a beer and left after 30 mins. Never thought would face racism by people from Middle East. They were also very rude by asking for a tip which they did from all tables. Shame on you!!!

Ok food but INCREDIBLY slow - food is not that good or worth the wait. If you are a tourist - AVOID and don't waste your time. Sehr schlecht.

No longer so incredibly bad served. Wait over 20 minutes to order at all, or we had to say in the café at the counter, that we also like to order. Next to the table a dog had done his (liquid) business and it smelled accordingly. After the meal the bill was unsolicited (O Ton: I thought you would pay for it). The other service barely understood a word German.

Very arrogant waiter. He asked to take away the buggy in which our toddler was sitting. Rude behaviour. Furthermore, I asked for a veg pizza without champignons and he replied, its not possible and I have to chose something from the menu. Fortunately I walked away without ordering from this stupid arrogant waiter.

Abysmal service. I had to walk up to one of the waiters and ask him to take our orders. Reply I got was 'be there in a minute'. Stayed for 10 minutes when he finally walked to our direction only to pick up empty plates next to us pretending as if we are not there.

Tourist trap. The worst Schnitzel Ever for the price of a good one somewhere else.

Bad experience at this place. Food took ages to come out with only 2 other couples dining. My boyfriends schnitzel was ok and my gnocci was very salty and then to top it off I found a hair in it. When we alerted the waiter he said straight away that it wasn't a hair, and then took it to the kitchen. And then another man came out and told us it wasn't a hair and that "it wasn't in there when it left the kitchen" so in other words we put it there!! We asked for the bill and it took about 20 minutes for them to figure out how to use the card machine. And then still couldn't take card. It was such a waste of our time and it was a shame as we wanted to go and enjoy the Christmas market but as they kept us there so long it was closed when we eventually got out. Our last night in Austria completely ruined. Avoid.
